Summary
Competitive marksman Ken comes across an armored van robbery. Seeing a policeman held hostage, he intervenes while Pang Tao, a robber, escapes. Jerry Chang, Ken's rival, takes on the case. Soon after, Ken gets attacked by Pang Tao. Trying to confront Tao, Jerry, and Ken try to outsmart each other.
