Summary

A killer called Darker has been leaving death notification cards after killing scumbags who evaded the law. Police formed a task force with the best but most eccentric elite personnel. With each murder, the task force uncovers the crimes the victims had committed and at the same time, gets closer to finding the mysterious vigilante.
