Summary

Jack, an undergraduate, is a melancholic boy of the modern times. Through a series of strange circumstances and under the guidance of Professor P, he travels with the eccentric history professor to the most prosperous town in 1920s Taiwan: Twatutia. They come to appreciate a vastly different way of life and philosophy.
