Summary
Competition is fierce between two neighboring precincts of Mapo and Seodaemun who are subject to constant comparison. Mapo Precinct’s captain, Hwang Jaesung is the top dog with an unmatched record. When elite academy-graduate Jung Euichan gets newly appointed as Seodaemun’s captain and get his first arrest stolen by Jaesung, the rivalry becomes a personal one.
