Summary

Corrupt detective Jongsik pockets bribes from gangs in exchange to cover for them. Mr. Hwang, the boss of a gang trafficking human organs, bribes Jongsik to cover up the murder he has committed. Needing a large sum of money for his daughter Minji's hospital fees, Jongsik accepts the bribe and frames the murder on innocent Sangman who happened to be at the murder scene.
