Summary
A vicious serial killer Fung Yu Sau is going around Hong Kong and killing top kung fu masters. A convicted killer and kung fu master, Hahou Mo, offers to help the police catch the killer in exchange for early parole. With his help, Inspector Luk Yuen Sum comes to understand the killer’s MO.
