Summary

Cheung is an overconfident rookie in a secret police unit that targets underworld racing and fugitives, while Jiang Xin is a legendary escape driver for criminals. After an arduous car chase, Cheung arrests Jiang Xin. While Cheung gloats, Jiang Xin escapes with another inmate. The humiliation draws Cheung towards veteran cop Lo who almost lost his life years ago while chasing Jiang Xin.
