Summary

Hong Kong police officer Eddie Yang comes into possession of a mysterious medallion after a near-fatal accident. The medallion, as it turns out, has powers that increase Yang’s speed and strength exponentially. With the help of an old flame, Yang sets out to learn the secret of the medallion, which puts him on a collision course with a crime lord who seeks to use the medallions’s powers for himself.
