Summary
The urban martial arts extravaganza Arahan stars a hero who dashes and darts through the sprawling cityscape. The big difference between Sanghwan, the hero of Arahan, and the so-called superheroes of the West is that he is an ordinary traffic cop. Sanghwan is just anotherhot-blooded young man.
