Summary
A series of murders occur in Tiancheng. Various employees of the arsenal are shot to death, but no bullet can be found. It’s rumored that the phantom bullets must have come from the dead girl wrongfully accused and killed. Now she’s seeking revenge. Inspector Song Donglu and Captain Guo Zhui are ordered to investigate the case, but all the clues point to the dead girl.
