Summary
Sheng was once a gang member of the Zhongshan District. He was sent to jail for 12 years after saving his old partner Seagull. After being released, he returns to his old turf and discovers that Seagull is now a mob boss of that turf. He now runs the territory he and Sheng used to fight for.
