Summary

Police officer Lin Kai is assigned to be undercover in a drug cartel by his leader, Li Jianguo. As he gradually penetrates into the Twin Eagles drug cartel, he discovers that the big boss named Eagle has a connection with a crime case ten years ago, and Eagle has kept a former police hostage all these years. In order to gain Eagles' trust, Lin Kai goes undercover a drug addict himself.
