AI Limit is a soulslike without any soul, offering a few interesting but unimpactful new ideas and a whole lot of bugs across its entirely unremarkable adventure.

AI Limit is a pretty good, but overly safe, futuristic soulslike marred with some minor technical issues.

Despite fun new additions to the formula, AI LIMIT can't cross the finish line without stumbling along the way.

I recommend picking it up if you’re looking for a light Soulslike offering that delivers value for the price. But if you’re in search of a full-course Soulslike experience, there is one major alternative currently available.

Although the anime aesthetic is eye-catching at first glance, AI Limit delivers functional but reductionist gameplay, quickly becoming exploitable as the player masters the parry system. The result, as a whole, lacks consistency and identity, stuck in a gray and overly protocolary approach within its genre. It may still have some value to the niche audience it's trying to reach, but it's still a factually forgettable bureaucratic experience that fails to stand out from the crowd.

AI Limit delivers a solid but somewhat uneven Soulslike experience, offering engaging combat driven by its attack-focused Sync Rate system and versatile frame abilities.

Players willing to put up with some repetitive exploration and rough enemy placements will be rewarded with fun boss fights and weapons that are exciting to use, but for the most part, AI Limit feels like a chore to play.

AI Limit is a solid Soulslike that scores with an interesting graphic style and a few cool features such as the sync system. The story can also do something from the second half onwards, but overall the game just feels a little too unoriginal and familiar. However, if you need some fodder in the genre, it's a very good snack

AI Limit may seem like more of the same at first glance, but it proves its worth by competently delivering the basics. With solid mechanics, good pacing, and striking environments, it's a safe and well-executed choice for anyone looking for a dependable Soulslike experience.
