An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs is far better than it has any right to be. It's a lot deeper and more touching than its title suggests, so it's worth keeping an eye on it, waiting for a sale, and then grabbing the when the price is right.

There's some fun to be had with An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs. But the high price destroys any chance of a recommendation from me. Bump the score up a point if there's a heavy sale.

Photos of dogs that you can pet, airports taken from a lysergic dream, dialogues and situations that break your waist ... and everything to meet the other human being that still remains in the universe. The extravagant goes hand in hand with the mundane, in an adventure with a lot of walking and contemplation, and one of the most original that you will see in years.

In this surreal apocalyptic adventure across space, the airport is your destination. Travel through different transit areas to meet your lover at the ends of the universe - all while meeting, petting, and questing for the dearest dogs in the galaxy along the way.

It's hard to say how impressions of Dog Airport Game might have changed if we'd gotten the game outside of a pandemic, but it's a lovely comedic slice of a forgotten time when air travel was normal. Just with tons of weird dogs and puns.
