Story and worldbuilding
It begins when an unknown victim gives you the briefcase. Now it is yours, keep it safe, away from the entity. It emerges from the shadows and it blends with the crowd. It won’t stop and you must plan and strategize to keep your distance. Your overworked lungs are on borrowed time. A humble inhaler is the lifeline that will give you the boost you need. Requires a few shakes to prime. Your only option is to push through the sea of bodies, the amalgam of faces, the claustrophobia of the crowd. It could be any of them. Whether it's in a subway, nightclub, or riot-filled streets, do what you must to survive.
