Cubers: Arena is a strange game indeed. I had not heard anything about it before the review code was thrust into my lap. I could have guessed by the fact it had the word Arena in the title, that it was an Arena based game; little did I know what I was letting myself in for.

Read full review ↗I can say the story of Cubers Arena didn't really do too much for me. From level to level, the grind of the game left a sour taste in my mouth to where I couldn't help but wonder what's the point? Maybe Ballers is happier without his freedom. While the local co-op is a plus, Cubers Arena didn't have anything else going for it. Playing felt more like a chore than a game.
Read full review ↗Cubers: Arena is fun and functional, with some interesting ideas and an acceptable level of replayability, but at the end of the day, it’s an uneventful game. You’ve seen the same boring art style on countless games before, you’ve heard the game Banjo-inspired gibberish on countless games before, and you’ve played dozens of similar hack ‘n’ slash games before.
