Deemo Reborn is game for everyone and not just for anime fans. It should be noted that this is not just a classic "party" game. It contains a story that will keep you entertained for hours. Unfortunately, it does not make sense without Playstation 4 VR set.
Read full review ↗Your enjoyment of Deemo Reborn is going to depend on how you choose to play it and what sections you're focusing on.
Read full review ↗Deemo -Reborn- has transitioned flawlessly to PS4, with Rayark converting the mobile experience seamlessly. The game's dual nature fits well with home consoles, especially with PSVR, where it truly shines. It's a delightful and surprising experience worth exploring.
Read full review ↗Unfortunately, because Deemo Reborn is a rhythm game first and foremost, it falls short if you’re playing it on the plain old DualShock 4 controller.
Read full review ↗In terms of the gameplay, there is nothing really revolutionary here. Wandering, completing basic puzzles and tapping out a rhythm game are all pretty standard video game fair, but to its credit Deemo -Reborn- does these things very well. While you can play this game without the virtual reality, I don't know that I would recommend it. The immersion and better gameplay options would be heavily compromised by doing so. Deemo -Reborn- is a fantastic game however, and anyone who can appreciate a slower paced story and some lovely music via a rhythm game should give this title a chance. It is well worth the time.
Read full review ↗Playing Deemo without PSVR is a very hard sell. TV Mode requires a great deal of extra practice and effort in order to regularly score well. The delightful soundtrack and charming story truly depend on a PSVR headset to succeed.
Read full review ↗There aren't enough rhythm games that make the piano the central instrument, and Deemo is an elegant example of how to take an elegant, classical instrument and spin it into an interesting rhythm game.
Read full review ↗This is the kind of game that makes you want to reach out and tell your nearest and dearest you love them. And you should — life's too short as it is. If you're a fan of games like Beat Saber, but something to unwind with, this is the game for you. If you want something that tugs on your heartstrings, this is for you. If you have a PlayStation VR and you like rhythm games, this is the game for you.
Read full review ↗Given how simple the core gameplay loop is, there really isn't much to say about Deemo -Reborn-. The improved visuals make it easier to suggest and the gameplay is fun enough for fans of the genre. While some might find there is a bit of a learning curve, it's worth it to see where the story goes. So, if you're looking for a new rhythm game or just simply slept on Deemo before, I strongly suggest giving Deemo -Reborn- a go.
Read full review ↗Deemo is a mandatory title for rhythm game fans, even if they are not skilled at the genre, and Reborn is a different approach and a new opportunity to play this wonderful title.
