Organic and honest is how I would describe Drova: Forsaken Kin. It combines the best parts of what made me fall in love with RPGs into a brilliant package. Great worldbuilding and lore, challenging combat without feeling like it's mocking the player for trying, and surprisingly gorgeous visuals blend in wonderfully. This is an absolute bargain for the quality, even at full price.
Read full review ↗Drova – Forsaken Kin is a compelling isometric RPG experience that delivers a hefty dose of atmosphere, challenging combat, and a world brimming with secrets to uncover. While some minor UI issues and a lack of voiced dialogue might hold it back from true greatness, Drova offers a captivating world for you to explore. Drova – Forsaken Kin is a game that since its release has been overlooked but not underrated, it’s a gem that’s waiting for you to uncover.

Read full review ↗Drova is an old-school action RPG with modern sensibilities. Unlike the games from which it draws inspiration, its focus on community makes the player feel they're part of something bigger than the patronage of the local tavern. Better, it provides a real sense of accomplishment as your character slowly learns how to survive this grim but engaging world.

Just2D knew how to play the right keys to create a memorable experience that captures the essence of Gothic very well. A solid and deep proposal that, although not designed for everyone, will hardly disappoint the veterans of the genre.
Read full review ↗Drova: Forsaken Kin is a good homage to the RPGs of the past. The Just2D title succeeds in engaging eyes and hearts thanks to an excellent art department and an addictive and complex gameplay. Although some flaws of unbalance and poor quality of life do not allow it to reach the pinnacles of the rating, the German title is more than recommended for veterans of games like Gothic or Baldur's Gate.
Read full review ↗It's tough to beat a classic like Gothic, but DROVA - Forsaken Kin gives it a real shot. This RPG is a deep dive into Celtic mythology, packed with quests and a story that'll keep you hooked. It's perfect for anyone who loves old-school RPGs and wants a challenging adventure. That said, the combat can feel a bit repetitive after a while, and it might be too tough for some. But overall, it's a great game that fans of the genre should definitely check out.
