A satirical political survival experience that ends up falling short of its potential

Simply put, this is another one of those “release to every platform” dump and burns that gave no consideration to the limits and designs of the title vs the platform.

You have people coming in and out all day to answer questions or give you ideas, whilst also needing to check social media and if you are so inclined, you can start wars with other countries. I found the game gets a little repetitive super quickly, and not to mention sitting there talking to people every minute got old super quick.

It’s a disheartening game that is tedious, seemingly random and honestly runs so terribly slowly on console. I Am Your President is trying to poke fun at the establishment and probably provide some spoof-esque humor, but the delivery is underbaked, flat and just a slog. For Americans, unless you’re already a zealot about the elephant or the donkey, this isn’t going to ingratiate the political circuit to you any further. If you’re from outside the U.S., I cannot imagine the appeal of this game in any capacity.
