Jawbreaker

Jawbreaker is a brutal, atmospheric stealth game that delivers an intense and unforgettable experience. You’ll find ruthless enemies, interesting environments, a spooky soundtrack, and puzzles. If you’ve ever played any of Vincent’s games or are a fan of horror and stealth action, you definitely shouldn’t miss this title. I like that there aren’t any traditional jump scares—that just makes the game keep you in a constant, mounting state of fear all the more. I’ll admit the final boss disappointed me, but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

Despite having consumed my fair share of survival horror, I must admit that some sections of Jawbreaker managed to unsettle me a lot. The game handles the oppression and distress of the situation quite well, thanks also to excellent graphics. The police station is truly enormous, and even with the help of the map, it won’t be easy to navigate. The inspiration from genre classics like Outlast and the early Resident Evil games is clear, as admitted by the developer himself.
