All and all, Johnny Turbo's Arcade: Night Slashers is a very enjoyable experience, even if it can beat it in 30-40 minutes at most. This doesn't mean you will be done since you can go for another run to get the other two endings for completing the game with the remaining characters, plus a beat ‘em up is always a great option to break out when you have friends over for some fun and relaxing gaming.

Night Slashers is yet another Arcade rerelease with barely any effort into making customization options available. The core game itself works fine and is an average belt scroller, but considering the audio emulation issues and the blur filter that’s still on these games, this release could have been handled a lot better, especially considering how this is actually the very first time the game has gotten a home release!

If you're in the mood for an arcade beat ‘em up on the Nintendo Switch that presents you with a perfect port, then Night Slashers is definitely what you need. Sure, the game is short, as is the case for arcade games from the 1990s, but it's a fun beat ‘em up you can play on your own or with some friends in local co-op that you can play at home or on the go.
