To write this Movers In Paradise DLC review, I had to play some of the original game. But this playthrough, I had more fun than I ever had with the game. Movers In Paradise is a great addition to an already great game. It retains the same charm, wonky physics, and party spirit of the original while patching some of the monotony. If you’re looking for a brand new experience or Moving Out 2.0, keep looking. However, if you’ve enjoyed the game and want another round, then Movers In Paradise absolutely delivers.

The new Moving out DLC offers us 24 new levels set on a tropical island that adds new mechanics and changes to its gameplay. A fairly complete expansion that adds new challenges and several more hours of gameplay thanks to its high replayability.

If you enjoyed Moving Out then I would say that the Movers in Paradise DLC is a no-brainer. It provides more of what you loved with 20+ new levels with new mechanics all while set in a tropical paradise. It will likely lead to some more heated play sessions with friends and family but that’s part of the fun.

Moving Out: Movers in Paradise has left me excited for the future of this puzzle 'em up, I can't wait to see what DevM, SMG and Team17 add to the formula next. All too often DLC can prove to be an unimaginative and unnecessary extra, but not so here; Movers in Paradise is the kind of joyous video game fun that can bring a family together.

I have purchased many DLC packs in the past and several have disappointed me. Happily, I can say that I wasn’t let down by Movers In Paradise. Though the concept hasn’t changed a lot, the addition of 3 main game mechanics makes this worth playing. If you love Moving Out, you won’t be disappointed with this, so buy it here! Grab your passport, jump on the boat and help the people of the Packmore island move house.

It retains the same charm, fun physics, and team coordination that made the base game great. It’s on the short side with just a couple of hours of content, a problem that often plagues many party games. The DLC is on the cheap side though, so it may just be worth moving in on.
