Potion Shop Simulator

I loved my time with Potion Shop Simulator, and I think I’ll be playing a lot more of it. I’ve put about 20 hours in, and I’m not done, though I have unlocked most of the items I can buy to expand my store and make it more efficient at this point. I don’t think that will stop me from wanting to complete all the quests and see what the story is leading to. I’m glad I got to play this interesting, fun, and very cute little game. I think the devs could make a lot of improvements, but overall, it’s an enjoyable time. If you enjoy simulation games that are similar to this one, like Tavern Manager Simulation, I think you’ll have a good time with Potion Shop Simulator.

Potion Shop Simulator provides a cozy business environment for making potions, but the immersion factor in other areas is lacking.

Potion Shop Simulator has the core ingredients of a fantastic shopkeeping sim—engaging potion-making, satisfying sales mechanics, and a beautiful world. However, it stumbles outside the shop, with frustrating quests, clunky navigation, and a mismatched cast of characters.

I like simulation games. They’re fun little rabbit-holes to trundle down and live the life that, well, maybe you don’t want to live, but maybe you’re curious about? That being said, as more and more of them are being released to the masses, the wider the quality of these games are. Despite my concerns, issues, and hiccups with my playthrough of this game, I did genuinely enjoy it! Will I 100% it and reach the top tier of Shop Owner in game? Maybe, but I can certainly say that I wouldn’t say no.
