Retro Revengers

The best way to sum this up: Retro Revengers was clearly not QA’ed for the fun factor. It’s a generic irritating platformer with questionable level design and iffy controls. While it’s a nice touch to have a variety of unique skills, it also means they don’t control all the same; some feel floaty, others feel like they have cement filled boots. There are many more better platformers available on Xbox Marketplace; so unless you’ve played them all or want to experience this out of curiosity, don’t bother.

A brief but fairly enjoyable platformer that doesn't mind poking fun at the current state of gaming.

Retro revenge is sweet

Retro Revengers is one of those titles that promises little but accomplishes its mission very well. It's a shame it doesn't have more stages and is too short, as this atypical group of friends could definitely have some great adventures.

I just wish there was more game here in general, but what you do get here is rock-solid platforming action. Hopefully the Retro Revengers make another comeback so we can see more of what crazy things they could do a throwback to!

I had a blast with Retro Revengers and wish more platformers featured a wide variety of characters with matching clever stage designs.
