Secrets In Green stands out more for its premise than its scope: a Victorian visual novel where plants, mental health and Alma’s search for identity shape the mystery. Its atmosphere has charm, but language and length clearly limit the experience.
Read full review ↗The classic visual novel gameplay fits well with the narrative, though I would have liked a few more choices sprinkled in. Some of the behind-the-scenes graphics choices are just plain strange to me. Unfortunately, my best one-word description of Secrets in Green is “forgettable.”
