Senren Banka

Senren Banka is a visual novel with beautiful artwork and emotional romance and drama scenes. It's a work with good artistic direction and, despite its main plot having a slow start that's a little unappealing, it starts getting better in the love interest routes themselves. The main strength of this visual novel is on the uncertainties of love rather than its erotic appeal.

Although not quite as good as Yuzusoft’s last English release, Sabbat of the Witch, Senren＊Banka is still a good visual novel all things considered. The mix of fantasy and romance is done well, the art and music are top-notch, the flowchart feature is cool, and the characters are interesting enough that they carry the experience through the game’s writing problems.

Senren*Banka is the most amazing visual novel I’ve read to date. The amount of content put in by Yuzusoft and properly brought over by NekoNyan make this a must own title for all types of visual novel fans. This was the most satisfying 40 hours I’ve spent on a visual novel and I took the time to write my longest review yet in hopes I can convince you to play. Please consider supporting both developer and publisher by grabbing the game if you haven’t already. It’s $34.99 and it’s easily worth every penny. I would recommend Senren Banka to visual novel fans who feel they would enjoy the adventure story or the light comedy style the story is told with. While I did feel the story was weaker in the character routes when compared to the common route, the characters themselves made up for it. The production values are high in the visual and audio areas. I enjoyed my time reading it and I believe many visual novel fans will.
