Why play it
A free update for Super Mario Odyssey available since February 2018. The update comes with new filters for photo mode, three new outfits, and a mini-game that's composed of two parts: Hide It and Find It.
The new mini-game, Balloon World, is run by Mario's brother Luigi. In Hide It, players have 30 seconds to hide balloons in select worlds. In Find It, players are given 30 seconds to find balloons hidden by other players. There's a leaderboard for Balloon World too. Balloon world is only available after beating the main story.

- Jump-Rope Challenge has been adjusted so that there will be a speed change after -reaching 110 jumps.
- World Rankings and Friend Rankings have been reset for Jump-Rope Challenge.
