Why play it

The Grinch has had a wonderful, awful idea – steal all the presents in Who-ville, using gadgets like his stealthy Santa costume and Candy Cane Lasso. Help him sneak around, freeze creatures with snowballs, and learn the meaning of Christmas along the way, in this festive platformer!

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is ideal for young children who love Christmas and whose parents won't need to help them complete each track

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is a very interesting game. While I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a solid platforming experience, I can recommend it to families who want to play through it together. At the very least, the full digital storybook alone is worth the price, and the hours spent playing with your kids are simply priceless. It is not a good platformer by any means, but the overall novelty can still provide some enjoyment.

For the younger gamers among us, this title is worthwhile!

The game does nothing new but works for what it wanted to do: making young players have fun and feel that it's (almost!) Christmas time!

It’s not worth the money, let’s face the facts, The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is no holiday smash. Looking for a festive platformer? This is a good option, but be warned it lacks replayability and variety in audio, gameplay, and level design.

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is one of the better licensed titles I've played in recent years, although it's still struck by the curse of rather limited content. With only 18 levels the game can be completed in about four hours, but the good news is the collectibles and ability unlocks add replayability.
