Warstride Challenges is a neat, solid, and somewhat missable FPS title with varying degrees of difficulty and complexity. Bunnyhopping and strafing are a must; if those are your fortes, give the game a shot. But do not expect the game to be supported for a long while, as the content is super niche, and it is better to just go for a bunnyhop map in Counter-Strike: Source, to be honest.

For anyone interested in fast-paced shooters and speedrunning, Warstride fills in all of the boxes. There is very little to complain about here and with a small price tag, it's hard not to love this game.

We loved it when we tried it in Early Access, and we still love it now: Warstride Challenges is a bit of a gem. This is a thrilling, fast-paced first-person shooter that’s rewarding to play and has that “just one more go” factor that keeps you playing until the early hours of the morning. Whether you’re simply a fan of the genre and want something that offers quick bursts of fun or are into speed-running, you’d be wise to consider this a must-have.

If you love fast and tough games, you will definitely like Challenges. If, however, you are not a fan of challenging games, perhaps it is better to look elsewhere, because you may feel frustrated at repeatedly losing a level due to missing a jump or being killed by a demon. Warstride Challenges may be a game with extremely simple gameplay, but we really liked it and will be playing it for quite some time, given how much fun it is to load a level, shoot at everything that moves and run from the start to finish at maximum speed. It's engaging and fun, and the community aspects of the game, like the level editor, round it out in a perfect package.

Warstride Challenges is a symphony. It borrows notes from many beloved titles, yet crafts its own tune. It made me feel badass, nostalgic, frustrated, and triumphant, sometimes all within the span of a single stage. With its blend of familiar mechanics and innovative challenges, it’s hard not to get addicted. Though it might feel daunting for FPS novices, for those who thrive on challenges and quick reflexes, this is a must-play. I walked away, hand cramps and all, with a sense of satisfaction and an itch to dive back in. For its maiden voyage, Dream Powered Games has crafted a compelling and adrenaline-fueled experience. Whether you’re here to race, shoot, or both, Warstride Challenges awaits.
