ENIGMA: is a surprising visual novel in how well it brings together humor, mystery and drama.
Read full review ↗Unfortunately, pretty pictures aren’t enough to save it. There’s a premise with a lot of potential in Enigma, but it’s squandered on cliche characters, uneven pacing, and rough localisation.
Read full review ↗Never a good thing, but these games live and die by their storyline hooks. What started as really intriguing for me ended up growing dull in the long run. As far as a game goes for the genre, it’s not horrible or broken, and I’m sure some folks will really enjoy the story being told here, but for me it’s too little all around.
