Apple Slash is a very satisfying, straightforward, and well-oiled experience, marred by its short duration. Leave wanting more, and I hope there is. Because what we have here at the level of adventure and, above all, action, not only works but also leaves a clear feeling of being able to grow without problems that spoil the good taste that will leave anyone who deservedly approaches it.
Read full review ↗After playing Dojoran, I was inspired to continue playing games with minimal colour palettes. Apple Slash stood out to me, and I eagerly partook on this adventure. Is this title a cut above the rest? Find out in this Rapid Review.
Read full review ↗Apple Slash is incredibly fun but over way too soon. The visuals and soundtrack are a treat, while the short story has humor and heart. It's absolutely worth playing but doesn't quite justify the price. If you see it on sale for a dollar or two, grab it quickly, though.
Read full review ↗Apple Slash uses fast paced rhythm to create a good action adventure. It's exciting to defeat groups of enemies with powerful attacks, especially when we can mix up special abilities. Moreover, there's charm in its compact world and retro atmosphere. However, the experience is extremely brief and feels unfinished. In the end, Apple Slash is fun, but it's an ephemeral experience.
