Delta Squad is a four-player local co-op game that completely misses the mark. Even with its basic controls and simplistic gameplay, nothing about the game warrants a first playthrough. With enemies that seem confused as to what to do, an imbalance in ammo, and the cookie cutter level design, it's hard to see how this game can get four people in the room together at the same time to play. With a price tag of $5.99, it's a hard buy when there are many free mobile games that offer more enjoyment.

Delta Squad does not innovate at all and remains lazy in many aspects, but at least it fulfills its function of entertaining despite its defects. Multiplayer can be quite fun, although slow and orthopedic movement can despair to more than one. It is not the best option, but you can give a go.

Delta Squad proves that Eskema Games have the potential to make great games! Like I said there is the foundations for a great game here, and it does have the beginnings of a game that stands out from the hundreds of similar games on the market.

Delta Squad not only suffers from lack of originality but also overall lackluster gameplay. The repetition in objectives and stage design made me feel like a zombie myself.
