What the Fog is a fun game that is a draw for Dead By Daylight completionists with the characters and the fact that it is free for Behaviour Interactive account holders. Sadly, its lack of depth and promise of no further content will leave those who have to buy the game questioning whether to spend the money, no matter how little money it is.

What The Fog is great for what it is — a redeemable freebie, or a little $4.99 game otherwise. While it is a totally different experience to Dead by Daylight, and doesn't have nearly as much content, it's definitely worth checking out if you want a fun platformer/roguelike combo to play with your DBD duo and sink a couple of hours into.
