Football Game

Those expecting sports action should turn away - this is a 1990s-style adventure game which at no moment engages the player in any kind of football whatsoever. That said, Football Game does not stand out as either a puzzle or an adventure game. With a dull, uninteresting plot and characters and puzzles which are way too simplistic, Football Game quickly loses its purpose and won't do much for those who will feel attracted by its graphics.

Football Game is an interesting point-and-click game that manages create an uncomfortable scenario from something as mundane as attending a high school football game. From the sound design to art style there is no expense spared at letting you know that things aren't as they seem.

Being honest I'm starting to tire of games like Football Game that try to gloss over being designed in a very limited and linear fashion with some anticipated promise of a payoff down the line...
