Robonauts reworks the conventions of a classic arcade shooter by pairing the timeless genre with basic platform game action.
Read full review ↗Robonauts is one of the most fun games I have ever played on the Switch. It is very accessible, vibrant, and great for gamers of all skill sets. Also, its character designs are really fascinating and, in some cases, adorable at the same time.
Read full review ↗Robonauts brings a dose of frantic shooting action with some platforming mechanics in what is a quick and intense game based on the shoot and run style. Although it doesn't offer much in terms of plot and character development, its gameplay makes up for these flaws and nobody will come out disappointed.
Read full review ↗Where it makes up for this deficiency is in its multiplayer offerings, which provide a lot of excitement. It changes up the campaign maps in a significant matter as well as offering a fun time anywhere you are. If you are up for that, then Robonauts could be the experience you're looking for.
Read full review ↗Robonauts is a game that really does deserve to be good. It has a bunch of decent ideas loosely brainstormed across its brief campaign that ultimately turns an interesting concept into a short-lived gimmick, making the overall experience fun but somewhat a little short and disjointed.
Read full review ↗While I understand their aim for making this an arcade game, I find myself disheartened as it had the potential to be more with only a few tweaks.
Read full review ↗Robonauts' gunplay mechanics are pretty by the book but it's bolstered by colorful visuals and planet-hopping exploration.
Read full review ↗Robonauts is a colorful and dynamic game for rather younger audience. It's a couple of hours of fun in singleplayer or co-op, but I can't shake the feeling it did not use its full potential.
Read full review ↗Early on Robonauts is a nice little blaster, but a rote mission structure and a headache inducing core mechanic let it down.
Read full review ↗All in all, Robonauts is a good looking game with catchy electronic tunes and a nice variety of weapons and enemies. Once you get the hang of the controllers, you'll be quickly moving around each spherical mass as you defeat any enemies on your path. Be sure to give this one a try!
