Overall, Verlet Swing gets a lot of things right, but has a few flaws, it’s just a shame that these flaws are the key components of the game. The swing mechanism and the rather tricky progressive level system are its biggest hurdles – it takes the enjoyment out of the game. For those that love a real challenge, that’s not for the faint hearted this is the game for you. Speed runners only I’m afraid.

Verlet Swing is a swinging platformer, where you swing from all of the objects in the stage to reach the goal. There is a massive amount of content in this game, and it's a great pickup for those looking for a unique game.

WORTH CONSIDERING - Verlet Swing combines a unique art style with platform swinging mechanics in a progressively challenging game that’ll test your skills to the max. For someone thinking this may be similar to an artistic walking simulator like Abzu or Firewatch, you’ll be sorely amiss. Sticking with the game and overcoming its challenges will reward you with new unique environments to play through, but swinging around is anything but easy.

Verlet Swing is one of the most outlandish games I’ve played in a long time.
